DNS Changer is a lightweight tool which allows its users to change the DNS configuration on their smartphones and tablets. There are no root privileges needed by this application to perform its task. It comes with a straightforward interface where you will have to insert the required values and configure your new DNS settings. This tool gives you full control over your settings and you can also pick from a couple of predefined DNS addresses.

You can find the popular DNS provided by Google, Yandex DNS, Open DNS and Level3 DNS. As it already was mentioned, you can create your own configuration as well. To load your new DNS just tap the Start button. If you want to change to other settings, you must Stop the DNS and then start it again after your new config is ready.
