Vertical Gallery is a modified version of the default gallery app found on devices running Android 4.4, also known as KitKat. This release comes with a lightweight design and some new features. As soon as you launch the application, you will notice that your albums are displayed using a two grid layout, but after you open any of these folders, the grid system changes to a three column design where you can simply access your photos.
Another cool thing about this software is the ability to use functions like the crop tool, rotate, resize, adjust the contrast and white balance, apply various filters, etc. If you're happy with the end result, you can quickly save the new photo to your device's storage. Moreover, Vertical Gallery lets you set any of your pictures as a background to your home screen.
Inside the Settings window you can configure the background color used while browsing the gallery, scroll mode between vertical or horizontal, and more.
