Cyber Hunter is a multiplayer shooter mobile game available for Android smartphones and tablets, where you have the main task of staying alive while facing matches containing 100 players. After the crazy amount of success the PUBG franchise has seen, many developers took it up themselves to come up with the next big hit in the battle royale franchise. Even though the origins of this unique game mode happened on the computer market, this never prevented mobile creators from designing versions available for mobile devices. Since its launch day, this package has gathered more than 10 million installs through the Google Play platform.
The gameplay provides a mix of feelings, including survival, exploration, looting, shooting, display of skills, even parkour. Its storyline takes us to the future, where the human civilization takes another big step ahead due to advancements in brain-computer interfacing technology. However, this happening isn't perfect because all sorts of events start to unfold. Now, the player has to pick a side and represent it in battle. The action happens inside a three-dimensional world populated with various weapons and vehicles designed to improve your chances of being the last one standing. But before we get to experience this environment, each player gets to decide where he wants to land. I suggest everybody checking out the map before the decision of landing happens. The last thing you want, as a competitor, to find yourself in the middle of the field with no buildings and items to loot.
Plus, you can customize your character by adjusting its appearance, make-up, face, and so on. In simple terms, we can take advantage of this feature to create unique heroes. Just like in Fortnite, in Cyber Hunter, you can protect yourself using all kinds of structures you build with resources collected as you play. Use the imagination to establish tactical strategies because the fight for survival won't be easy with this many adversaries. There are a couple of game modes so you can play alone, duo, or squads containing four players in total. The purpose is the same, to stay in the allowed zone, get weapons, kill enemies, loot, and make sure you're alive at the end.
In terms of controls, you can move around the map using the virtual stick displayed on the left side of the interface. A variety of actions like jumping, crouching, punching we can perform with the help of the buttons found towards the right side of the screen.
When it comes to shooting at your enemies, the game is configured, by default, to fire the ammo by itself when there's a target inside your crosshairs, but you can also set it to shoot when you tap the correct button. Keep in mind that specific controls for moving will change when you are inside a vehicle. I'm pretty sure you are already familiar with this type of system if you've played PUBG and other similar mobile games. When it comes to visuals, Cyber Hunter uses a design style that isn't unique. This aspect is not something to ruin the game, but some players appreciate the moment of seeing something completely new.
