HOLLA is a chatting application which can be used to get in touch with people from all over the World. In basic terms, this software is similar to Chatroulette. The main requirement is to create an account by using your current Facebook account or an email address. After you complete this step, inside the friendly interface you can go ahead and chat with random users.

The app works using a match-making system and once you're matched with another person, the chat system allows both of you to chat with each other. In case you don't like the current person, you can do a vertical swipe on the screen to jump to another user. If you find somebody interesting, you can send a friend request in order to chat again in the future, as well.

Another handy feature is the ability to apply video effects and filters.
