Snes9x EX+ is a tool which lets you emulate the Super Nintendo environment right on your Android device. The purpose of emulating the SNES console is to gain the ability of playing games made for this platform directly on your smartphone. For the best results, the CPU available inside your device must be at least 1GHz in clock speed.

Keep in mind that the only game included by default is Bio Worm. You can play many other titles as long as you provide the specific ROMs. You can load them from the internal storage or SD card of your mobile device. These ROMs must come in SFC or SMS file formats. In addition, this emulator also supports 7Z, RAR and ZIP files that contain games for SNES.

The user interface is rather basic and here you will find commands for loading games, saving states, changing options, adjusting controls and even benchmarking video games. In order to play the game you'll have to use the virtual controls displayed on the screen or by connecting Bluetooth controllers.
