ASUS Gallery works as an alternative way to view videos and photos on your mobile device. The graphical user interface comes with a well-designed layout where many things were changes to make things a bit more intuitive. As soon as the application is launched, you will notice that the window contains three different sections: Photos, Albums and Moments. Your photos are being displayed based on their time of capture, allowing you to use the scrolling gesture to find images taken at specific dates. The nice thing is the ability to zoom in and out directly on these thumbnails before you open the actual picture. Another great feature (might not be available in some devices) is the Scene detection, which basically handles the task of categorizing your photos based on the objects and scenes detected inside the actual files. ASUS Gallery takes things a bit further by making available a collage maker, where you can combine multiple pictures into a single one. In terms of working with videos, this application brings trimming function that can be used in your quest to remove unwanted sections of a video.
